Order & Payment

1. Select the desired item.
2. Select the color and size.
3. Click on the "Add to cart" button.

You will receive a notification that the item has been added to your shopping cart.

4. If you are ready to complete your order click on the shopping cart icon and then below on the "CHECK OUT" button.
5. Follow the steps in the checkout and fill in the necessary information and then click on "REVIEW ORDER"

You can log in or check out as a guest.

6. Once you have successfully completed your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and we will prepare your order for shipment.


When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an automated email with the track & trace to follow your order.

A placed order cannot be cancelled. Check your order before you complete it. If the package is already on its way, you can return the product to us after receiving it. Please note that the costs for returning are at your own expense.

At checkout, you'll see a range of direct payment options available for your country.

We also offer Klarna for convenient installment payments afterwards.

At the checkout page you will see below your order summary where you can enter a discount code. After entering the code click on apply.

Please note: We are also dependent on the carrier and are not liable for any delays caused by them. Also during holidays our delivery times can deviate from our regular delivery times.

It is possible that the package has been delivered to your neighbors without it being on the Track & Trace. If they do not have the package, please contact our customer service on info@mystylesquad.com

Returns & Refunds

Yes, for all international orders the customer is responsible for any charges related returns.

Please check with your domestic courier company what these charges are.

Unwashed, unworn and without (make-up) stains, undamaged items with original labels may be returned within 30 days.

In the event that you as a consumer are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can do this using the enclosed return form with your order as follows:

1. Complete the return form for quick processing
2. Cut out the return label and stick it on the package
3. Carefully pack the return items in the reusable shipping bag together with the return form
4. Send us the package back - Please note that you must pay for the return costs yourself.
5. After we receive the package, we will process it within 5 working days

Please note: Items must be returned unwashed, unworn (fitting is allowed) and with tag attached to receive a full refund.

We will process the return shipment within 5 working days after receipt. After that, it can take 2 to 3 working days for the bank to process it and for the amount to be in your account.

The refund will be credited back to the account number with which you made the payment under the name: "Stichting Mollie Payments" this is the online payment provider we work with.

Have you ordered via Klarna, then this will show automatically in your account once we have processed your return.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

You can return the item you ordered. If we have received the item in good condition, the amount will be refunded to you. For another item or another size, you must place a new order.

Received a damaged item or a complaint about your order? Contact our customer service. Describe the complaint as clearly as possible. We will provide a suitable solution.
